1. Quartet must be registered and all members in good standing with her primary chorus (if any), their region, and Sweet Adelines International.
   • Register for contest and submit registration fee on SAI website.

2. Ensure all contest song licenses are in order.  Check here.
3. Gather and confirm the info you will need for Regional Registration form, including:
   • Contest song order and details.
   • Do you want to purchase a competition video flash drive?
   • Eligibility for regional awards (Novice Quartet, Most Improved Quartet)
4. Submit Regional Registration.
   • There is no fee to register, unless you register after the initial deadline then you must submit a late fee payment as well.
5. Submit Housing reservation, as quartet or with other roommates.
6. If also members of chapter, coordinate AET (All Events Ticket) purchase through Chapter.  Check here.
7. If CAL, purchase AET through this site.
8. If your quartet wants to purchase a Big Screen Ad or Shout Out, submit on this site.
9. Submit a Webcast Shout Out (free) to be read between competitors to those watching at home.
10. Coordinate quartet photography order and bring form and payment with you in pattern.
11. If competing in OPEN DIVISION, complete and bring Quartet Cue Sheet to briefing.
12. Attend the quartet briefing.
