SOAR WITH 4 … BECOMING AN EXTRAODINARY LEADER!

This innovative Leadership educational program offers qualified candidates the opportunity to become empowered leaders…within your chorus and within our region.  Courses have been designed to provide innovative educational experiences, guaranteed to ensure all our members thrive in music and leadership roles. Our 2024-2025 class is proud to have graduated 16 women who have all assumed a leadership role either in their choruses or the region. 

SOAR WITH 4: 2^nd Edition … Expanding your Leadership Horizons

We are launching our second year of Leadership Training! Beginning in May of 2026, we will begin another 9 month Leadership Training program. This is YOUR chance – YOUR opportunity to become an empowered leader within your chorus or within our region. Our goal is to provide each class participant with innovative educational experiences, so that together, we ensure all our members thrive in music and leadership roles. Here are a few program details:

• The SOAR WITH 4: 2nd Edtion team: Sue Pelley, Fran Furtner, Missy Anthony, Lura Nightlinger.
• Our class work will be based on the book, 40 Days to a Servant Leader Mindset by James Laub, Ed.D. This book will be provided to all class participants at no charge.
• Classes will be a combination of Zoom sessions held Sundays, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, and in person instruction.
  • Zoom Classes:
    • May 3, 2026
    • July 12, 2026
    • August 2, 2026
    • September 13, 2026
    • October 4, 2026
    • November 8, 2026
    • December 6, 2026.
  • In Person Classes:
    • June 5, 2026: in conjunction with our Regional Educational Event, A Carousel of Harmony.
    • January 22-23, 2027: in conjunction with Singing Summit. Our January class will also feature a graduation event on January 23, 2027.
• SAI International & Regional Faculty will be among our Leadership Course instructors.
• Class size goal is 15, ideally with one member from each chorus represented.
