Are you a vendor? Would you like to have a booth at this year’s competition/convention? Space is located in the HUB at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington KY.

HUB DATES:  Thursday, March 26 – Saturday, March 28

APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE: March 4, 2026

Basic Booth Information:

• Exhibition Table: One (1) 6-foot, skirted table – $60.00
• Standard-Sized Booth 10'x10': Two (2) 6-foot, skirted tables, with draped backdrop and printed name sign – $140.00
• Double-Sized Booth - 20'x10': Four (4) 6-foot, skirted tables, with draped backdrop and printed name sign – $265.00

• All tables and booths will be provided two chairs.
• Electricity will be provided at $100.00 per vendor.
• You may not sell any food, snack items (packaged or homemade), or beverages (including bottled water).
• Wi-Fi is available and may be purchased on-site at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.
