* Exhibition Table: One (1) 6-foot, skirted table - $60.00 * Standard-Sized Booth 10'x10': Two (2) 6-foot, skirted tables in an "L" shape, with draped backdrop and printed name sign - $140.00 * Double-Sized Booth - 20'x10': Four (4) 6-foot, skirted tables in two (2) facing "L" shapes, with draped backdrop and printed name sign - $265.00 All tables and booths will be provided with two chairs. Electricity will be provided at $100.00 per vendor. You may not sell any food, snack items (packaged or homemade), or beverages (including bottled water). Wi-Fi is available and may be purchased on-site at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.
HUB Hours:
You may begin loading in on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at noon. The Hub hours will be: * Thursday, March 26, 2026: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM * Friday, March 27, 2026: 9:00 AM - 1 (one) hour after the conclusion of the Quartet Competition * Saturday, March 28, 2026: 9:00 AM - conclusion of the Chorus Competition
