2026 Regional Competition & Convention - Big Screen Ads

These ads are shown on the big screen in the contest venue. We encourage each chorus and quartet to submit a Big Screen Ad. Advertise yourself, your products, your show, your events, and recognize another chorus or quartet for their accomplishments!

 

Vendors coming to the HUB are also encouraged to submit an ad. Do you know a vendor who is not able to be in the HUB? Encourage them to submit an ad, too!

RATE:   $50 for one (1) PDF page or image.

DEADLINE: March 4, 2026

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

  • No animation. Slides go by very quickly, and animations are totally lost on the viewer.
  • You may create your ad in PPT, PPTX, or PDF.  Your ad must be submitted as a pdf (landscape orientation), jpeg, or gif.
  • Be sure that your graphics and/or text do not extend all the way to the edge of the page to help prevent them from being cut off when displayed.
  • You can send a screen shot (image format) to Nancy Appel at [email protected] to help ensure that the final result is as you designed it.
  • When you click on the form link below, you will fill out the basic information and then you will need to upload the file into the form for submission.

 

REMEMBER: These ads are shown on the big screens during competition, between competitors.
