Big Screen Ad General Information
These ads are shown in the big screens during the competition, between competitors. We encourage each chorus and quartet to submit a Big Screen Ad. Advertise yourself, your products, your show, your events, and/or recognize another chorus or quartet for their accomplishments.

Deadline for Submissions: March 4, 2026

Submission Requirements

Vendors coming to the HUB are encouraged to submit an ad. Know of a vendor who is not able to be in the HUB? Encourage them to submit an ad, too!

* No animation. Slides go by very quickly, and animations are totally lost on the viewer.

* You may create your ad in PPT, PPTX, or PDF. Your ad must be submitted as a pdf (landscape orientation), jpg, or gif.

* Be sure that your graphics and/or text do not extend all the way to the edge of the page to help prevent them from being cut off when displayed.

* You can send a screen shot (image format) of the slide to Nancy Appel at [email protected] to help ensure that the final result is as you designed it.
