This form is for individuals – Chapter-at-Large, Member-at-Large, and non-members – who are not purchasing their All-Events ticket (AET) through a Region 4 chorus.

Deadline: February 21, 2026

Final order with late fee: February 28, 2026 – with a $5 late fee

RATES:

• Adult AET – $100
• Youth (25 years old or under at the time of competition) AET – $50
• Chapter-at-Large members who have paid the Annual Assessment – simply fill out the order form, the fee is included in the Annual Assessment

AETs can be picked up at the Registration table in the HUB.
