Friday, January 22, 2027 — Day 1: Connect, Elevate & Unwind

  • 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Directors’ Masterclass
    • Exclusive hands-on instruction tailored for Frontline, Associate, and Assistant Directors.
    • Led by Master International and Regional faculty Kim Wonders, Regional faculty Kerry Denino, and Director’s Coordinator Kay Seymour.
  • 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Soar with 4! Leadership Intensive
    • Dedicated training module for 2026–2027 Regional Leadership Program participants.
    • Led by Regional Faculty Sue Pelley.
  • 6:30 PM | Registration & Welcome Desk Opens
  • 7:30 PM – 8:15 PM | JUMP into a Regional Songfest
    • Raise the roof with regional favorites and harmonizing alongside old and new friends.
  • 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Harmony Unhinged Contest
    • High-energy, unfiltered, and pure entertainment—cheer on your favorite performers.
  • 10:00 PM | QC Club Rehearsal

 

Saturday, January 23, 2027 — Day 2: Empower, Refine & Showcase

  • 9:00 AM – 11:15 AM | Vocal & Visual Excellence
    • Transformative vocal technique and stage presence classes led by Master International and Regional Faculty Kim Wonders and Regional Faculty Dreama Holmes.
  • 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM | Dynamic Tabletop JUMP Sessions
    • High-impact mini-workshops led by Regional Faculty members Sue Pelley, Karen Johns, Jack Johnson, Amy Leacock, Dreama Holmes, and Deb Bringman:
      • The Ins & Outs of Quarteting
      • Igniting & Sustaining Chorus Engagement

      • Smart Music Learning
      • Creative Expression: Getting Out of the Box
      • Decode the Music: How to Learn Songs Without Reading Notes
  • Late Afternoon Feature | Masterclasses & Panel

    • Marketing Your Chorus interactive panel led by invited faculty Gretchen Holloway.
