As each chorus uses a wagon to get member's personal items through the contest pattern, why not have some fun with them before Saturday?

As part of our 70th Anniversary celebration, we are having a wagon decorating contest!  Decorate your wagon with items from the year your chorus chartered, but with no identifiying information - as part of the contest, people will be guessing which chorus each wagon belongs to.

Here are the basic guidelines:

• Each chorus can enter one (1) wagon into the contest. Notice of participation is due by March 1^st to the Wagon Contest chair (add contact information here).
• Your wagon must be dropped off in the designated area in the HUB no later than 6:30 PM Thursday, March 26^th.
• Wagons must be picked up between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM Friday evening, March 27^th.
• Decorations must be from the year that the chorus chartered.
• Decorations cannot have: Chorus name, location, anything identifying information that would be obvious to the observer.
• Voting will be completed online by using a QR code that will be in the designated wagon area.
  • Each person can submit one (1) vote between Thursday, 7:00 PM and Friday, 6:00 PM.
  • Vote for favorite decorated wagon
  • Match each wagon to a chorus
• Awards will be given to
  • Overall Favorite wagon
  • Person(s) who get the most correct wagon-to-chorus matches
• Photos of all the wagon entries will be posted on the regional website and Facebook page.
