2026 Registration Check List – Quartets

1. Sweet Adelines Website – to be completed by Quartet Primary Contact only

☐ Sign-in to Sweet Adelines Website for membership portal

☐ Register for Regional Competition

☐ Pay Registration Fee

☐ Verify all quartet members are current with SAI dues

☐ Verify quartet annual registration is current/paid

☐ Review/Download Competitor packet for required forms/documents.

Required SAI forms to be submitted at Briefing: Song Information Sheet (Song List), Quartet Open Division Cue Sheet (Open Division Competitors ONLY)

 

2. Region 4 Website – to be completed by Quartet Primary Contact only

☐ Complete required Region quartet information form

☐ Verify all quartet members are current with Regional dues

☐ Download and complete Photography Order Form – Must be turned in at Check-in/Briefing Thursday evening

☐ AET Order – be sure to add any Chapter-at-Large (CAL) member(s) to the home Chorus Order OR complete the CAL/MAL/Individual AET form for those who are not members of Region 4

AETs ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDABLE

☐ Pay AET fee for quartet member(s) who are not members of Region 4

☐ Pay Regional Late Fee if past deadline listed on website

3. Hotel Registration

☐ Quartet should work with their home Chorus to reserve room(s) via the Chorus Housing Block link

☐ Any/all questions must be sent to Chorus Housing Chair

 

4. Competition Weekend Check-in/Briefing Attendance

☐ Check-in at the Registration Desk, Event Center II, on Thursday evening, 6:00 - 6:45 PM

☐ Submit required forms from SAI/Region/Photography

☐ Song Information Sheet (Song List)

☐ Quartet Open Division Cue Sheet (Open Division Competitors ONLY)

– no alternative lighting available

☐ Photography order form (please be prepared to turn this in AT CHECK-IN)

☐ Pick up AET/Name badges if not part of a Chorus registration

☐ Attend Inspection/Briefing, 7:00 PM, Event Center I

☐ Participate in Walk-on/off
