Jan 26^th – Deadline to register with SAI and Region (60 days before competition/convention)

Feb 2^nd – Draw for Order of Appearance (OAP) by SAI (55 days before competition/convention)

Feb 10^th – Last day to late register with SAI (45 days before competition/convention)

Feb 16^th – Final OAP (Monday following 45-day deadline, if needed)

Feb 21^st – Last day to order All-Event tickets (AETs)

Feb 24^th – Hotel Blocks Close

Feb 25^th – 30-day mailing from SAI

Feb 28^th – Late AET deadline, with $5 late fee

Mar 4^th – HUB exhibitor, Big-Screen Ad/Shout-out, Volunteer form submissions close

                Deadline to order FourScore printed program

Mar 26^th – Briefing/Inspection for all Competing Quartets & Chorus Directors/Presidents/Team Leaders

Mar 27^th – Quartet Contest

Mar 28^th – Chorus Contest
