2026 Registration Check List – Choruses

  1. Sweet Adelines Website – completed by Director, President/Team Coordinator, or Treasurer only

☐ Sign in to Sweet Adelines Website for membership portal

☐ Register for Regional Competition

☐ Pay Registration Fee

☐ Verify all chorus members are current with SAI dues

☐ Verify chorus annual registration is current/paid

☐ Review/Download Competitor packet for required forms/documents.

SAI Forms that must be turned in at the Competition Briefing: Two (2) copies of the List of Competing Members, Chorus Open Division Cue Sheet (Open Division Competitors ONLY), Song Information Sheet (Song List)

 

  1. Region 4 Website – completed by Director, President/Team Coordinator, or Treasurer only

☐ Complete required Region chorus information form

☐ Verify all members are current with Regional dues

☐ Complete AET Ticket Form – follow directions on form for submission

☐ Pay AET fee for any charges on AET Ticket Form – New members, Lifetime/Legacy members, Non-members, No-stay hotel fee

AETs ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDABLE

☐ Download and complete Photography Order Form – must be turned in at Check-in/Briefing Thursday evening

☐ Pay Regional Late Fee if past deadline listed on website

     NOTE: Payment information is on the AET Spreadsheet.

 

  1. Hotel Registration via Housing Form sent to Chorus Leadership

☐ The Chorus Housing chair will receive a link to their chorus Housing Block

☐ Any/all questions must be sent to the Chorus Housing Chair

NOTE: If the block is filled, please reach out to Lura Nightlinger at [email protected]

 

  1. Competition Weekend Check-in/Briefing Attendance by Director & Team Coordinator/President

☐ Check-in at the Registration Desk, Event Center II, on Thursday evening, 6:00-6:45 PM

☐ Submit required forms from SAI/Region/Photography

☐ List of Competing Members – Two (2) printed copies must be submitted

☐ Chorus Open Division Cue Sheet (Open Division Competitors ONLY)

– no alternative lighting available

☐ Song Information Sheet (Song list)

☐ Photography order

☐ Pick up AET/Name badge packet

☐ Attend Inspection/Briefing
