1. Be sure to pay dues, pass songs and meet any other individual requirements for competition.
2. Coordinate your roommates and determine who will be "room captain" to reserve your room by the deadline.
3. Let your Chapter Housing Chair know when you have completed your reservation.

4. Submit form and payment for contest AET to Chapter AET Chair by deadline set in your chapter.
   1. Be sure to let the AET Chair know if you are eligible for a complimentary AET.
5. Submit form and payment for official contest photography by the deadline set in your chapter.
6. If you want to purchase a Big Screen Ad or Shout Out, submit on this site.
7. Submit a Webcast Shout Out (free) to be read between competitors to those watching at home.
