$50 for one PDF page or image.  These ads are shown in the big screens during contest (between competitors).  We encourage each chorus and quartet to submit a Big Screen Ad.  Advertise you, your products, your show, your events, and recognize another chorus or quartet for their accomplishments. 

Deadline for submission is March 26, 2020.

Vendors coming to the Hub are encouraged to submit an ad.  Know of a vendor who is not able to be in the Hub?  Encourage them to submit an ad, too!

Submission Requirements

  • No animation.  Slides go by very quickly, and animations are totally lost on the viewer.
  • You may create your ad in PPT, PPTX, or PDF.  Your ad must be submitted as a pdf (landscape orientation); jpg, or gif.
  • Be sure that your graphics and/or text do not extend all the way to the edge of the page to help prevent them from being cut off when displayed.
  • You can send a screen shot (image format) of the slide to Nancy Appel to help ensure that the final result is as you designed it.
  • When you click on the form linked below, you will be prompted to log in to a Google account.  If you do not have a Google account, please email Jeanne Delahunty.  We are using Google Forms in 2020 due to user feedback and issues experienced with other website forms in 2019.
