Chorus Rehearsals 
The region has use of several rooms (in each hotel and the Convention Center) starting Friday night through 2:00 PM Saturday for the purpose of providing chorus rehearsal space.  Choruses may request Friday night and/or Saturday morning rehearsal times on their Regional Chorus Registration form. 

• Friday night rehearsals will be scheduled as requested if at all possible and will be at least 30 minutes.
• Saturday morning rehearsals will be 45 minutes.
• Rehearsal rooms will NOT have risers; however, a platform will be provided for the director. 
• Please be prompt for both arrival and departure.  If you arrive late, you must still leave at your scheduled time.
• Rehearsal times and locations will be assigned based on chapter requests and order of appearance.

Meal Functions / Meeting Space
Choruses are welcome to contact either hotel or the convention center to rent meeting space.  Generally, the cost of the room per day is offset by purchasing a meal function for the chorus that is held in the room on that day.  This is all first come, first serve, and is a contract between the chorus and the hotel.
