This form is for individuals (Member/non-member) who have not paid a regional assessment.

Member AET's who have paid the Annual Assessment                                                                                                                                                                              Member AET's - $100 (including non-member Directors)
Youth Member AET - $50 (Youth = 25 years and under at Competition)
Non-member/guest AET's - $100

• Deadline for all AET's is February 28, 2023 
• AET's are not transferable or refundable.
• AET's will be picked up at the HHR4 registration table.

If purchasing more than one AET, please submit separate AET order forms for each person.  You can pay for them together in a check or online payment.
